We have invested heavily in new CNC machinery and design software in order to manufacture 75% of parts for our products in-house. This gives us more control over the quality of our components and enables the company to respond quickly to changes in customers’ requirements. We have also embraced lean manufacturing methodologies and there has been a continual focus on new product development to fully exploit the new capabilities at our disposal.

Our specialist team use sophisticated jigs and state of the art computer technology to create units manufactured to ISO 9002 with the finest tolerances throughout an ever-increasing range of products.

Bankside Patterson recognize the need for ensuring the site is continually updated and we regularly invest heavily in the latest machinery. Most recently, this has included, a roll forming machine, linear welder, CNC machinery and a 6M press.

These investments, along with the technical expertise of our carefully chosen workforce, enables our clients an unrivalled facility to provide a high quality product whilst allowing flexibility in design.
